What this site collects
This website does not require an account or store service requests or images in a database. When you submit the contact form, your name, phone or email, town, service selection, and message are sent through Resend to the business inbox (mdhvacplumbing@gmail.com) so the business can respond. If you choose to attach equipment photos, your browser resizes them, converts them to JPEG, removes embedded photo metadata, and sends them only as email attachments. The website does not persist those image files.
Analytics
If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured for this site, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed may be collected by Google. No analytics are active unless that ID is set.
Cookies
The site itself does not set marketing cookies. Third-party services, if enabled, may set their own.
Email delivery
Resend processes the request email and any optional photo attachments on behalf of this website. The email address you provide is used as the reply-to address when available. Do not submit payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information in the form.
